The service
Text SensAI suggests text messages and send times for your sales conversations. It never sends messages for you. You decide what to send, and you're responsible for it, including following the laws and rules that apply to your texting (such as consent and do-not-contact requirements) and your employer's policies.
No guarantees
Suggestions are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check every draft before you send it, especially anything marked [confirm]. We don't promise any particular sales result.
Plans and billing
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial and then renew monthly at $149 until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Extra draft packs are one-time purchases and don't expire while your account is open. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires.
Acceptable use
Don't use Text SensAI for spam, harassment, deception or anything illegal, and don't upload other people's sensitive personal information. Don't try to get around usage limits or access other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own what you add and the drafts you get. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. You can delete it anytime.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
